We’re delighted to continue our sponsorship with Livingston Football Club and help them push to stay in the top tier of Scottish Football. We can’t wait to watch them in action against the pick of talent in Scotland at the Tony Macaroni Arena. We are also delighted to unveil their new kit for the tough season ahead.
Myhotelbreak.com, the hotel deals website recently created an article on our Tony Macaroni Omni Centre restaurant and this is what they had to say:
When booking through myhotelbreak we only partner with apartment accommodations that are next to all the action. This includes top restaurants that are near to our apartments in Edinburgh.
One of Scotland’s most popular and family friendly Italian restaurants is of course Tony Macaroni. Situated near to our apartments and Waverly Station is Tony Macaroni’s Omni Centre restaurant.
When visiting the city, this is a great place to stop by for lunch, dinner or even drinks. The restaurant is great for our guests who don’t fancy cooking and want to sample fine Italian dining in a family friendly yet classy environment. This restaurant in Edinburgh city centre reflects this and more.
What should our guests try?
Here you can find some of the best pizzas in the city thanks to the wood fired oven. You really need to taste the pizzas to believe it. Lots of variety on offer here to suit every pallet.
The bright lights of ‘pizza forno a legna’ is the entrance to where the magic happens. There are several menus to choose from depending on what you feel like such as the A La Carte menu, Menu Presto, Dessert Menu and more.
We thought you wouldn’t ask. For our guests looking to kick back and relax after a meal or for those looking for a place that offers a variety of drinks from across the globe then there is the Zonin prosecco bar at Tony Macaroni Omni Centre.

We’re excited to unveil – over the duration of the #WorldCup2018 – a special pizza promotion. We are running 4 specially crafted pizzas during this summer’s world football event and first up we have England. This pizza is made with tomato sauce, mozzarella, our homemade macaroni cheese & parmesan all for only £9.95. Make sure you ask for this pizza during Thursday 14th June until Thursday 21st June. Harry Kane may thank you personally.
From the 22nd until the 28th it’s Portugal’s time to shine. Made with tomato & sweet chilli sauce, mozzarella, piri piri chicken, sweetcorn, green chilli, avocado and coriander this one is sure to be a winner like their star player CR7!
Sergio Ramos and his Spanish army are on offer during week 3 from the 29th of June to the 5th of July. Made with tomato sauce, mozzarella, chorizo, king prawns, red peppers, sweetcorn, red onion and garlic mayo this World Cup delight is surely going to be a winner with the Tony Macaroni fans.
Germany and Toni Kroos play out the remainder of the promotion from the 6th to the 15th July. We may have accidentally picked the winners in advance here but who knows. This German inspired pizza is made with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Bratwust sausage, Cajun chips, fried red onions, ketchup and mayo.
AUTHENTIC ITALIAN COOKING FROM AWARD WINNING ITALIAN CHEFS
Tony Macaroni, a long established, well respected Italian restaurant group comes to Bangor.
Tony Macaroni counts a number of award-winning chefs in their team and one of them is with us here in Bangor. Head Chef Chris Rouse was recently voted “Italian Restaurant Chef of the Year” at the Scottish Italian Awards. “I’m excited to be here and have the opportunity to share real Italian cooking with the people of Bangor. Northern Ireland is a beautiful country and I’ve always wanted to visit”
The Tony Macaroni ‘tag’ is Vive per Mangiare meaning ‘Live to Eat‘ and lets face it, who doesn’t, and their mantra is certainly one to be proud of – The freshest quality ingredients locally sourced, cooked with care and skill to the highest possible standards. Truly authentic Italian cuisine made to authentic Italian recipes with everything freshly prepared to order. You won’t find any frozen food here. Whether ordering from the Menu Presto, with dishes starting at just £4.95, a great deal it has to be said or ordering from the varied and extensive A la Carte menu, you can rest assured there is no compromise in care or quality.
We hear BANGOR is beautiful at night! Tony Macaroni NOW SERVING Night & Day in BANGOR Real Italian Food!
The A la Carte menu really does cater for every taste, you certainly won’t find yourself stuck for choice. Classic Italian Starters, Crostino & Bruschetta, Sourdough Focaccia, Sourdough Pizza, Burgers, Ribs, Pasta & Risotto, classic meat dishes, market fresh Daily Fish Specials and some delicious Salad options.
But back to the Pizza. These pizzas are award-winning and deservedly so. It’s all about the dough, a secret sourdough recipe, matured for some 48 hours, prepared then perfectly fired in a searingly hot pizza oven by an experienced “pizzaiolo” (pizza chef to you & me) results in the most delicious real Italian pizza you’re ever likely to find. Proving very popular is the recent addition of a selection of B.B.Q. base pizzas, all very tempting and well worth a try.
Italians are well renowned for their love of children and the Tony Mac’ children‘s menu amply reflects this. Three courses for just £5.50… and while we’re talking about bargains, let’s not forget the Sunday Presto Menu, served all day every Sunday, a generous menu offering one course for £6.95, two courses for £10.95 and three courses for £14.95. For lunch, brunch or dinner, it’s the place to go.
Italian restaurants are famous for their friendly service and Tony Macaroni is no exception with smiling attentive staff eager and happy to please.
Christopher Bryce, the Tony Mac’ Area Manager echoes the sentiments of the Head Chef. “We’re so pleased to be here and have this opportunity to offer Bangor the Tony Macaroni dining experience we’re all so very proud of. I’m looking forward to welcoming everyone to our new restaurant.”

Happy New Year to everyone from team Tony! 2016 has been a funny old year – plenty to feel sad about, but also plenty to look forward to over the next year.
For us, it’s been a very exciting 12 months. We’ve opened up a new
restaurant in East Kilbride at a bigger location, we introduced plenty of new staff to the team, and we even managed to bag a few awards at the prestigious PAPA awards event down in London. Not that we’re bragging or anything. Continue reading →

We’re not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet, but Christmas is this Sunday (yes, the 25th). You probably already have an idea of what you’re doing for the big day, but what about all those other slightly less popular days?
