We are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new menu at our new restaurant on Queensferry Road Edinburgh.
Our new menu has been designed and developed by Italian celebrity master chef Fabio Campoli, who has been working closely with our chefs to bring his own exciting twist to our much-loved menu. Fabio’s focus is true Italian cuisine and he has implemented new ways of preparing our dishes to make sure they are as authentic as possible.
Fabio has been one of Italy’s most well-respected chefs for 15 years, and has worked on numerous film and television sets as a food designer. He has also been the host of several Italian cooking programmes, such as My Italian Recipes, which is shown every morning on Italy’s Channel 4 and is president of the gourmet empire, Il Circolo dei Buongustai (Circle of Connoisseurs).
The new menu launched at the opening of our new restaurant on Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, on the 24th of November. Exciting new, authentically Italian, dishes with join the pizza and pasta favourites, along with delicious new gourmet burgers such as the Campoli burger; a homemade 6oz beef burger with rocket, gherkins, caramelised red onions and bacon, smothered in our red wine, cheese and black pepper sauce.
Fabio has now returned to Italy, to continue with his extremely busy television schedule, but he will return to Scotland to help roll out the new menu in the other ten Tony Macaroni restaurants. The Omni Centre restaurant is next in line for the refreshed menu in the New Year, followed by the Glasgow city centre eatery in February.
